Sunday, March 24th.

So, it’s time to actually do something with my Neocities space.

My problem is that I constantly find new projects to work on, and rarely see anything through to completion. My long-term plan is to write some Perl-based archives and things for this website to celebrate my love of all things pointless and uninteresting to 99.9% of individuals.

I’ve also got a bunch of other projects on the go, and hope to be able to show them off soon. I’d like to archive the one or two things I did manage to finish over the years and not immediately delete. To think that well over 20 years of mucking around with programming and design could leave me so empty-handed in terms of an actual portfolio.

I’d advise all of you to take great pride in everything you ever make, and back it up in multiple locations, in multiple formats. It’s great to get good at stuff, but it’s also nice to be able to reflect on the journey.

Anyway, it is dinner time.
